faq

How do I reserve an inflatable from you?
You can look at the different inflatables available in our products page to see which one you would like to rent.  Then to check availability and make your reservation please contact us via message or call us Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

How long does my rental last?
Your party rental will be for 3 hours. If you would like to reserve it for longer we will gladly leave it for an additional $35 per hour (2 extra hours max). However, some of our inflatables must be supervised by our professional staff and will be charged an hourly rate. There is always a 1 hour minimum on these inflatables.

Are the inflatables safe? Will you teach me how to have a safe day of fun?
Yes, all the inflatables are designed with safety as the number one priority. On the day of the event, we review all safety rules prior to use. While no one can guarantee safety, we do everything we can to promote safety regulations for you to have an unforgettable day of fun.

How can I pay for my rental?
We accept deposits in the form of credit card via telephone. The balance is due on the day of the event and must be in the form of cash or credit card.

When do I pay?
There are many times that we have equipment booked back to back, therefore we are on a fixed schedule. In order to assure prompt set-up and take down, the balance due on the day of the event is due at the beginning. At this time, a Soccer Craze Miami attendant will present the client with a receipt for the services.

What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations must be made no later than 48 hrs. prior to the starting time of the event. Once our vehicle is in route to the event, full payment is due rain or shine. We will always do our best to accommodate our clients if activities are postponed due to inclement weather conditions, but once we are at the event, full payment is due.

How much space is required for the units?
Please check the dimensions provided in our products page to ensure the inflatable will fit properly in your designated area. In general, you should allow a minimum of 3 feet / 1 meter around all the inflatable fields. Some inflatables such as the Soccer Darts require more space to allow participants to comfortably kick the soccer balls and hit the bulls-eye. Contact us for more information.

On what surface would you recommend setting up the units?
We recommend placing the inflatables on flat, grassy areas for best results. The units will be properly anchored to the ground to prevent them from moving while you are having fun. Some units are recommended to be placed on concrete surfaces for more stability.

Are windy days a problem?

To ensure the safety of our clients we anchor all the inflatables securely to the ground. However, in the case of high winds exceeding 15 mph we will be forced to take down the inflatable.

What is your policy for the concession machines?

Concession machines much be kept in a dry area and should be supervised by an adult at all times. The popcorn machine rental includes the machine plus 25 servings of popcorn. The cotton candy machine rental includes 25 servings of cotton candy. You will need a standard 110v electrical outlet and extension cord for all concession machines.
